Delete your account

Applies to the GWC AI app (com.gwc.ai) and gwc-corp.com

From the app

Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. The same option is available on the web at gwc-corp.com/app/settings.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We use the sending address to identify the account, so the request has to come from it.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days from the moment you confirm, and we email you to confirm the request. The delay is deliberate: it is what lets a deletion made by mistake, or by someone else with access to your device, be undone.

During those 30 days you can cancel by signing in again and choosing to cancel the scheduled deletion. After the window closes, the account and its data are removed and cancelling is no longer possible.

What we keep, and why

A limited set of records outlives the account where the law requires it — chiefly billing and payment records, which tax and accounting rules oblige us to retain for a fixed period. These are kept for that purpose only. Everything else tied to the account is removed.
