GWC Personal — Connect Pass is $5/month, free for 3 days for every new user. It unlocks GWC Bridge for ChatGPT, your own provider API keys (BYOK), supported account sign-in (Login-OA), local models on your own PC and Remote Access — controlling your PC from the GWC Connect app on your phone — across GWC for VS Code with Taichu, the mobile app and the web app.
Does the plan include AI usage?
No subscription includes AI usage. Bring your own provider keys or use supported account sign-in, or use a local model where supported. When you choose a GWC-managed model, usage is paid from USD Balance: top up from $5; the balance does not expire.
What is BYOK?
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you use your own AI provider API keys. Keys stay client-side on your machine and are never stored on GWC servers. BYOK, Login-OA and local models come with GWC Personal — Connect Pass. Own-provider access is the recommended path when available.
Can I use GWC without a plan?
Yes. GWC for VS Code with Taichu, Mobile, Web and Agent-to-Agent are included on every plan, with or without a pass; local-only work needs nothing more, and USD Balance is available when you choose GWC-managed models. Mobile plan access does not guarantee a public download; check the Download page for the current mobile release status. GWC Bridge, remote access, BYOK, Login-OA and local models require GWC Personal.
