Frequently asked questions

What is the monthly AI allowance?

Every plan includes a monthly USD allowance for AI usage — $1 on Basic, $15 on Standard, $45 on Advanced, and $15 or $45 per seat on Corporate and Enterprise. It refreshes each month and is spent as you use AI features.

What happens when my allowance runs out?

You can top up your USD balance at any time from the web app. Top-up balance is permanent — it never expires and carries over month to month.

What is BYOK?

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you use your own AI provider API keys. Keys stay client-side on your machine and are never stored on GWC servers. Available on Standard and above, or on Basic with the Connect Pass.

What is the GWC Connect Pass?

A $10/month add-on for Basic that unlocks BYOK (bring your own API key), free Login-OA sign-in, and Remote Access — controlling your PC from the GWC mobile app. GWC Studio, Mobile, Web and Agent-to-Agent are on every tier; Remote Access, BYOK and Login-OA are not — Standard and higher already include them, and on Basic they need this pass. Teams grant the same three per seat with the GWC Business Connect Pass, which Corporate and Enterprise already include.

How do I pay, and can I cancel anytime?

Payment is handled securely via Stripe inside the web app after you create an account. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Billing — no lock-in.

How do Corporate and Enterprise seats work?

Corporate is $19 per seat per month starting from a single seat; Enterprise is $49 per seat per month with a 100-seat minimum. Both include a shared balance pool and per-seat admin limits; Enterprise adds org-wide audit logs, higher rate limits, and higher agent concurrency.
