How do I get started?

Sign up at gwc-corp.com/login. You can start chatting with AI agents immediately on the free Basic plan with no credit card required.

What AI models does GWC use?

GWC routes tasks to the best model for each job — including Gemini, Claude, and others.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing → Cancellation → Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. GWC never uses your conversations or files to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is scheduled 30 days out, then the account is permanently removed. To stop it inside that window, email [email protected]. The full steps, and what happens to your data, are on Delete your account.

What is GWC Connect?

GWC Connect lets you drive GWC Studio on your computer from your phone — start a task, watch it run, and approve changes from anywhere. It needs both ends: GWC Studio on the machine doing the work and the GWC Mobile app in your hand, both free from the Download page. It is included on Standard and above, or on Basic with the GWC Connect Pass add-on ($10/month).

What does the Connect Pass actually unlock?

Three things, and all of them live in GWC Studio: remote control of your machine from the phone app, BYOK so you can route AI through your own provider keys, and Login-OA — signing in with an existing Claude or OpenAI subscription instead of paying us for routing. Standard and above already include all three, so the Pass is only worth buying on Basic. Install Studio first — that is where the keys are entered and where Connect answers the phone.

Where is my data processed?

Residency follows the model provider that handles the request — route a prompt to Anthropic and it is processed under Anthropic's terms and regions, the same for OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek and the rest. GWC does not add a residency layer of its own, and the provider list is on the Models page so you can see exactly who is in the path. If you have a hard residency requirement, BYOK is the answer: bring your own provider keys — included on Standard and above, or on Basic with the Connect Pass — and your requests go to an account you control, on your contract, with our metering out of the path entirely.

Does the mobile app work offline?

No — it needs a connection to reach your agents, because the work runs on your own machine and the phone is a window onto it. If your computer is asleep there is nothing to attach to. Separately, BYOK routes AI through your own provider keys instead of our cloud routing, with the keys held on your machine rather than by us.
