Terms of Service

GWC AI provides a cloud platform where AI agents build, deploy, and manage software on your behalf. You direct the AI through natural language. The AI executes tasks using your connected services and API keys.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use GWC
• You're responsible for your account security
• Don't share your API keys or GWC credentials with others
• One account per person

All code, assets, and data created in your workspace belong to you. GWC does not claim ownership of anything you build. You can export your account data as JSON at any time — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that export contains.

One caveat: AI-generated output may not be unique. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users, and output may occasionally resemble publicly available code. GWC assigns you all rights it has in your output, but you're responsible for verifying that code you publish or commercialize doesn't infringe third-party rights or licenses.

Don't use GWC to:

• Build malware, phishing sites, or scam apps
• Abuse AI providers by circumventing their rate limits
• Store or process illegal content
• Attack other users' workspaces or infrastructure
• Resell GWC access without permission
• Post or share objectionable content, or harass, threaten or abuse other users, including in Agent-to-Agent rooms, sessions and profiles

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report content and block users from inside the apps, or email [email protected]. We review reports, remove content that breaks these terms, and may suspend or close the accounts responsible.

• Free access without a Connect Pass is available for local-only work (subject to fair use)
• Every new user gets a 3-day free trial of GWC Personal — Connect Pass. No card is required and there is no automatic charge; when the trial ends, your account returns to free access
• GWC Personal — Connect Pass costs USD 5 per month. A paid subscription is optional and is billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime from Billing — no lock-in. Your paid subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
• AI usage is not included in any plan, and no plan includes a monthly allowance. Metered AI usage on GWC-managed models is paid from your prepaid USD Balance, charged at the provider's cost plus a 15% service fee. USD Balance is topped up via Stripe, with a minimum top-up of USD 5. When you use your own provider keys or a supported provider account sign-in, that provider bills you directly
• Purchased top-up balance is permanent — it never expires and carries across plan changes
• For refund requests or billing complaints, email [email protected]. Each request is reviewed individually and we follow up from there

GWC uses multiple AI providers including OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and BytePlus (DeepSeek). When your selected model is unavailable or fails, GWC automatically routes your request to a failover provider to ensure continuous service. Failover models may include DeepSeek V4 Flash from BytePlus and DeepSeek V4 Pro or V4 Flash from DeepSeek's direct API, which are charged at their respective rates. You agree that your requests may be processed by any of these providers as part of the failover mechanism.

AI can make mistakes. Output can look correct and still be wrong, and quality varies by language, framework, and task. Always review AI output before merging, publishing, or deploying. GWC is not liable for bugs, outages, or errors in AI-generated code.

• GWC agents can act autonomously on your behalf — modifying files, executing commands, deploying services, and consuming your USD Balance, including remotely via GWC Connect. Actions taken by agents at your direction are your responsibility
• Generated code may contain security vulnerabilities. Review and test it with the same rigor as third-party code before deploying
• Agents can be manipulated by untrusted web pages, files and messages, including through prompt injection. Limit the capabilities you enable and review sensitive actions. Where your Taichu environment supports manual/plan modes or a separately configured sandbox, use those controls for untrusted work. GWC Bridge commands, process input and Taichu tasks are not sandboxed or confined to shared folders merely by using GWC Bridge. ChatGPT approval controls and GWC Bridge access settings do not provide operating-system isolation.

GWC is not designed for automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on people — for example decisions about employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, or housing. If you operate in a regulated industry, you're responsible for ensuring your use of GWC complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.

GWC is sold and operated from Singapore. We make it available worldwide, but we do not verify the identity, nationality, or location of buyers, and we make no representation that GWC is lawful to use in your country. Determining whether you may lawfully use GWC, and which models you may lawfully use, is your responsibility.

Some countries restrict the use of AI services operated from other jurisdictions, or restrict where personal data may be sent. When you run a request on your USD Balance, we route it through our own provider accounts, and your prompt is processed on that provider's infrastructure in that provider's jurisdiction — see the Privacy Policy for which provider processes where. If your country restricts that, do not use USD Balance routing. BYOK (bring your own API key) uses your own provider account and agreement; it does not by itself guarantee data residency or bypass GWC. Cloud BYOK requests pass through GWC as described in the Privacy Policy. Only requests sent directly from your device to the provider bypass GWC's AI inference relay; GWC account and connection processing still applies. Check the actual request route and provider agreement against your requirements.

You confirm that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of anyone located in, a country or on a list subject to sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit us supplying you. We may decline or discontinue service where we believe supplying you would be unlawful.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Idle real-time sessions (chat, terminal, Connect relays) may be disconnected and resume on reconnect.

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Deleting your account schedules it for permanent deletion 30 days later; during that window you can cancel the deletion by emailing [email protected], and you can still export your account data as JSON.

GWC Bridge lets ChatGPT connect remotely to the computer and capabilities you authorize through a supported version of GWC Studio or GWC for VS Code. Depending on your connection permissions and PC settings, it can work with shared files and documents, run commands and interactive processes, inspect or end permitted processes, start Taichu tasks, manage temporary searches, inspect connection information and send feedback that you choose to submit.

Your OAuth consent permissions and the computer's existing folder and capability restrictions determine what this connection may do. ChatGPT decides when to ask using ChatGPT's own tool permissions; Claude has separate connector and tool settings. ChatGPT's four approval choices are client controls, not a GWC selector. GWC Web and GWC Connect mobile show Cloud/linked-PC status and allow inactive-computer removal only. Register the computer and control Bridge On/Off in GWC Studio or GWC for VS Code. ChatGPT/Claude access may currently appear there as status-only information; revoke individual OAuth grants in Connected apps when needed. Independent permissions, exact-target checks and host protections always remain in force.

You are responsible for the account, folders, capabilities, OAuth scopes and host-execution settings you authorize. This release does not provide GWC approval cards shared between computer, web and phone. ChatGPT and Claude make their own tool-approval decisions; those choices cannot grant capabilities the connection lacks. Review settings before unattended work. Exact-target, changed-file, protected-process and secret-file checks continue to apply.

File and document tools operate within the folders you share and grant. Commands, process input and Taichu tasks run with the operating-system user rights of the account running GWC and may use the network or affect data outside those folders. They are not made sandboxed by a selected working directory. Secret-file protection is enabled for protected file operations, and the supported Bridge settings do not offer a control to disable it. It does not make arbitrary host execution safe. Enable host-execution capabilities only for work you are prepared to run with those operating-system user rights.

System-process inspection can disclose program names, process IDs, executable paths, creation times, CPU measurements and memory measurements. Process termination is bound to the identified process and refuses protected critical and GWC/VS Code processes; it is not an assurance that all descendants or outside services stop. Be careful when acting on processes or files that other applications are using.

Direct file, command and process tools do not start a Taichu model session. Explicitly delegated Taichu tasks use your configured runtime and model/provider access. GWC-managed model usage may consume GWC USD Balance under the Billing & Refunds section; your own keys or provider sign-in may incur provider charges. Starting or continuing tasks can also produce file, program or network effects. Cancelling a task, disconnecting a PC or revoking a connection does not reverse completed work, data already delivered or charges already incurred.

Temporary search sessions can be inspected, paged, cancelled and discarded; they expire and do not survive a daemon restart. They are not a permanent archive or a promise that a changing folder has been fully indexed. Viewing files, search results, activity or status does not append a PC action entry in the full-tool release. Operational transport, security and usage records are distinct and are described in the Privacy Policy.

The Set PC settings tool can change only the PC-reported name or lengthen activity-log retention days within the supported range; it cannot shorten retention. The computer's desktop Bridge switch and any reported ChatGPT/Claude access status are separate from this tool; independent assistant On/Off switches must not be assumed until confirmed in the installed desktop build. This tool cannot disable the changes/elevated-actions log, change secret protection, expand shared folders, enable capabilities or alter local approval settings. The PC activity log records GWC Bridge state-changing and elevated actions while it is on. You control it on the PC; while it is off, those actions still run within your capabilities and confirmations but are not recorded. It records targets, approval decisions and outcomes, never returned file/document contents, command/process output or Taichu answers. Retention defaults to 30 days; GWC Bridge can lengthen it but cannot shorten it or turn the log on or off. A different retention period affects local records; it does not erase copies already delivered to ChatGPT.

The Disconnect PC tool stops that computer's Remote Connect relay until you reconnect on the computer; the computer stays on. The tool does not delete the underlying OAuth grant or shut down all applications. Reconnecting can restore access under grants that are still valid. Revoke the app connection in Settings → Connected apps on the GWC website to withdraw its authority. Disconnecting or revoking does not roll back completed effects, recall delivered information, erase every retained record or guarantee termination of all running work.

Give feedback sends the message and optional category you choose to GWC support/product staff and requires the separate feedback:write permission. It does not automatically attach files, command output or diagnostics. The feedback retention and deletion process is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit credentials, private keys or information you lack permission to share.

GWC Bridge is not a backup service, and AI actions can be incorrect or harmful. Keep independent backups and review changes before relying on them. File deletion/restoration uses supported local recovery mechanisms where available; recovery is not guaranteed. GWC does not guarantee that generated work is safe, correct or suitable for your purpose. This paragraph does not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

GWC processes requests and results through its relay, including temporary encrypted request buffers and separate connection/security records. Buffer expiry is not immediate erasure, and database backup copies may remain longer. Tool results are sent to ChatGPT/OpenAI and may also be processed by the providers used for Taichu tasks. Their handling and the limits of GWC's cleanup and revocation are described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 12, "GWC Bridge for ChatGPT", applies in the same way when you connect GWC Bridge from Claude. In that case its references to ChatGPT mean Claude, its references to ChatGPT's app-permission controls mean Claude's connector tool permissions, and tool results are sent to Claude and handled by Anthropic. Commands, process input and Taichu tasks are not sandboxed or confined to shared folders merely by using GWC Bridge, whichever app is connected.
